Study On The Residential-employment Space Of New Edge-city Region Under Background Of Urban Integration

As China’s urban development has gradually entered a new stage of integrated development of the metropolitan area and the optimization of the structure of new and old cities,major cities have developed rapidly,and small and medium cities have also expanded rapidly.Regional coordinated development has become an important development stage for enhancing its own and regional comprehensive strength,urban integration development is an effective means to enhance regional comprehensive competitiveness.Since 2005,China has carried out many top-down urban integration practices.Most of the current phase of urban integration development is aimed at enhancing the competitiveness of central cities.The new urban fringe plays an increasingly important role as an important participant in the development of co-urbanization.The role played by the new urban districts in the region has a profound impact on the pattern of living and employment space.Taking the urban integration as the research background,focusing on the working and living space in the marginal new urban areas affected by it,the theoretical level enriches and supplements the existing research,and the practical level provides advice and suggestions for the coordinated development of the working and residential space in the marginal new urban areas.Based on this,the thesis takes Baohua New City as an empirical research object,and under the background of urban integration,researches on the development profile,characteristics and interrelationships of residential-employment space,and then studies the mismatch mechanism and coordinated development strategy of occupational and residential space.The thesis firstly combs and summarizes the domestic and foreign urban integration,new edge city,and residential and employment space,draws the entry point and theoretical innovation significance of this paper,and thus determines the research object,content and research technical route of this paper.Afterwards,the paper analyzes the development profile of the Ningzhenyang urban integration area in where Baohua New City is located,conducts a phased study of the development process of Baohua New City,and develops a summary and total of the living space and employment space of Baohua based on the measurement study,the total matching characteristics of the working and living space in Baohua New City are obtained.Then,select the entire Baohua New City as the research scope,and use the actual survey data as the basic data to conduct a comprehensive study on the residential,employment space and residential and employment population of the Baohua New City,from the three levels of single factor-main factor-clustering Carry out detailed and comprehensive research and analysis.Then,based on the study of the spatial characteristics of residence and employment,the four commuting factors from the perspective of commuting are used to study the relationship between occupation and residence,and the commuting time factor is used to measure the matching degree of the living space and the employment space,and the commuting factor is used to modify the results.And use correlation analysis to summarize and analyze the factors that affect the job-housing balance from the three levels of single factor,main factor and clustering,and analyze the structural matching characteristics of residence and employment space in Baohua New City.Finally,from the perspective of urban integration,starting from the dual mismatch characteristics of the total amount and structure of the working and living space in Baohua New City,the mechanism of working and living space mismatch is studied from the aspects of regional integration,working and living space,transportation links and supporting facilities.Finally,based on the background of the development of the urban integration,aiming at the mismatch mechanism of the working and living space in the new urban fringe area,the coordinated development strategy of working space and living space in the new urban fringe of the big city was discussed from four perspectives,in order to accelerate the development of the same urbanization The living space develops healthily and orderly.
