Research On Environmental Management Countermeasures And Evaluation System Of Expressway Reconstruction And Expansion

Taking the beijing-shanghai expressway as an example,a large number of national expressways are undergoing reconstruction and expansion projects,and there are numerous problems that affect the environment and lack of management basis.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study and analyze the highway environment.This paper firstly defines the concept of highway environment,and expounds the basic components and characteristics of highway environment system.During this part based on the reconstruction project of beijing-shanghai high-speed fieldwork and data communication with highway management experts,expressway on highway environment within the scope of the land management,environmental protection,green facilities,road safety facilities,such as billboards set evaluation and analysis on the actual situation,combined with the above aspects of the related research both at home and abroad,summarized the highway expressway management current situation and existing problems of environment.Then,based on the existing regulations and management methods related to expressway,the paper analyzes the causes of environmental management problems from the aspects of system,implementation,personnel and infrastructure.Then,according to the management problems and difficulties,this paper will put forward the means and measures to improve the management level and achieve long-term and efficient management.Besides,combining with the characteristics of highway reconstruction and expansion project,the paper puts forward the concept and approach of realizing advanced management of highway environment,especially land use.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the expressway system composition and characteristics of the highway,to select indicators for can represent the characteristic of expressway system,build the index three levels including goal-criteria-the evaluation index system,and then combined with the subjective method of analytic hierarchy process(ahp)and objectively appraises the method of entropy weight method to determine index weight,set up the appraisal model of expressway highway environmental management countermeasures.Fourthly,the evaluation model is applied as an example.Based on the highway management data,field research data and expert rating,three sets of management countermeasures are evaluated and compared,and the management scheme with the best evaluation effect is obtained.Finally,based on VISSIM software and the data from field research,this paper establishes a simulation model of expressway reconstruction and expansion operation area.By adjusting the setting scheme of marks and marks in the operation area,the influence of the setting of marks and marks in the operation area on the capacity of expressway is compared and analyzed,and finally the setting scheme of marks and marks in the operation area that makes the traffic effect optimal is put forward.
