Study On The Influence Of Road Reconstruction And Expansion Project On Surrounding Environment

As an important part of the urban hub,the quality of the road directly affects the lifeline of the city's development.In the condition of serious damage to the old road,the old road reconstruction and expansion project is also rising.Although the old road reconstruction and reconstruction can make the pavement functional again,it will be followed by emissions of waste gas and wastewater,and the destruction of the original ecological balance.Then,on the premise of not affecting the original environment of the city,the road reconstruction and expansion project will be carried out smoothly,so that the two parties to establish a balanced relationship has become a top priority.At present,the environmental impact of some highway projects has been evaluated at home and abroad,but the environmental evaluation on the road reconstruction and expansion project is not comprehensive and systematic.Therefore,this paper will study what environmental pollution will be produced in the process of construction and operation of road engineering and what protection measures should be done according to these pollution.(1)According to the existing experience and theory,the current situation of acoustic environment,water environment and atmospheric environment in the surrounding area of an extension and expansion project in Panjin is monitored and evaluated.The results showed that the acoustic environment of some two high schools in Dawa County was not up to standard,of which the monitoring points 1#exceeded 5.2dB(A)during the day and exceeded 3.2dB(A)at night.The distance between the teaching building and the road centerline is 78m,the first row of teaching buildings is over standard 0.3dB(A)at night,and the rest of the monitoring points are all up to standard.The water quality can reach the class V water standard in the surface water environmental quality standard,and all the indexes of the monitoring points are not exceeding the standard.The air quality is good and all the indexes are up to the standard.(2)Predicting and evaluating the ecological environment,sound environment,water environment and atmospheric environment of a reconstruction and extension project in Panjin during construction and operation periods.During road construction period,the impact on water environment,ecological environment and solid waste disposal is less.And the pollution to the atmosphere and sound environment is serious,so we need to take some measures to reduce the noise.During the road operation period,the main pollution is still air pollution and noise pollution,but it will be greatly reduced compared with the construction period.(3)Through the analysis of the environmental impact of the project,environmental protection measures are listed for environmental pollution,sound environment,water environment,and atmospheric environment during the construction period and operation period,so as to protect and repair the impact on the surrounding environment.The road reconstruction and expansion project will inevitably affect the surrounding environment.The purpose of this study is to understand the environmental impact on the environment by monitoring and predicting the environment,and to protect and repair the surrounding environment early,thus reducing the impact on the environment.
