| With the development of new technologies such as industrial Internet,cloud computing and Internet of Things,the demand for display stations has risen sharply.As a display and control terminal,the display and control console is a bridge between the user and the controlled equipment and the external environment.It plays an important role in information transmission and control.Human factors such as size,layout,shape and function directly affect the operator’s work efficiency and quality,which is the key link in the design of the display console.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply study the humanized design features of the display console to improve the operating experience of the display console.This article is dominated by the research on the humanized design of the general display console,and analyzes the humanized design of the general display console from the aspects of functional characteristics,human-machine characteristics and user needs.In the design and research process,since the display console is a complex product with high functional integration and human-computer interaction,designing with the help of innovative methods can systematically find and solve problems.Study and use innovative methods such as TRIZ to solve problems,and get a series of design solutions to form a guideline for the humanized design of the display console.In the research process,the defects of improved and innovative methods are merged,and a new method model is proposed.Firstly,the research applies 5W2 H,SWOT and other user research methods to conduct observation interviews and questionnaires to obtain user needs for the humanized design of the display console.At the same time,ergonomic analysis methods are used to study the ergonomic characteristics required for the design of general display consoles,including analysis of relevant dimensional data and reasonable layout of interfaces,etc.,to provide ergonomic specifications for the humanized design of display consoles.Secondly,the use of AHP to rank the importance of user needs,the use of QFD and other methods to transform user needs and design technical features have become key design issues,including "adjustment function","human-machine size","skin-friendly materials" and "styling design " Wait.It also proposes a mapping model of design technical features and design parameters to improve the completion of the conversion process.Thirdly,through various tools of the TRIZ method to analyze and solve design problems,establish a humanized design problem-solving route based on the SAFC analysis model,combined with technical conflict resolution principles,physical conflict resolution principles and other tools,to answer a variety of display console humanization Design problems and get problem-solving strategies.Finally,the offshore drone control station is selected as the practical design object,combined with the improved innovative method route for analysis,and the preliminary plan is obtained.The JACK software is used for human factors assessment.The final design plan is improved and the design details are explained.The benchmark comparison method is used.Evaluate and verify that the design scheme meets the design requirements.Through the above research,the humanized design strategy of the general display console is obtained,which serves as a reference and guidance for the design of related complex products.At the same time,the establishment of the innovative method design process mapping model will provide new research experience and practical basis for the research on the integration of innovative methods and complex product design.This topic is based on improving the humanized design of complex products of human-computer interaction.Integrating innovative methods to propose new models and routes is of great significance to the innovative design of complex products. |
