| With the rapid development of Chinese economy and society,the surrounding traffic environment of urban primary and secondary schools is becoming more complex,under huge traffic pressure.In recent years,the policies for shantytown reconstruction have been continuously strengthened,the urban housing security and public service facilities have been improved.Analyzing the interaction between shantytown reconstruction and the transportation around primary and secondary schools,which is guiding significance for shantytown reconstruction and the traffic improvement around primary and secondary schools.The research on the impact of shanty town reconstruction to primary and secondary school planning,construction and traffic environment,and concludes that the quality of primary and secondary schools surrounding traffic environment needs to be controlled from the aspects of site selection and layout,school land use scale,school and surrounding planning and design.Based on the unit planning within the school district and the residential area land control index as the parameter,it is expected to constructs the evaluation model of the primary and secondary school’s site selection scheme based on the accessibility theory,and carries out the quantitative evaluation from travel time and travel distance.The residential land control index within the school district is used to accurately estimate the enrollment population of students,then establish a balance model between demand land and planned land for primary and secondary schools,and form a school service load level evaluation method based on traffic trips.From the perspective of primary and secondary school transportation,the planning and design methods of each region and the minimum width of school main entrance are studied,started with school interior,transition space and exterior.Then analyzes The structure of primary and secondary school planning evaluation system from the perspective of transportation.Combined with the above research contents,this paper proposes the improvement strategies of traffic around primary and secondary schools from the macro,medium and micro levels,and takes No.14 middle school of Anqing as a case to evaluate the site selection plan and construction scale of the school based on the situation of shantytown reconstruction and student traffic survey in Anqing.Constructing multiple traffic improvement strategies around primary and secondary schools is of great significance to improving school service level,promoting efficient traffic operation and ensuring students’ traffic safety. |
