| Driven by the "one belt,one road" policy,state-owned enterprises are more involved in overseas investment activities.The overseas investment of state-owned enterprises has the advantages of more policy support,large investment scale and strong competitiveness,but there are also some shortcomings,such as poor investment professionalism and lack of risk management system.It is of great significance to study the risks faced by the overseas investment projects of state-owned enterprises and put forward countermeasures to deal with the risks in order to maintain and increase the value of state-owned assets.Firstly,this paper studies the definition and classification of the risks of overseas investment projects of state-owned enterprises,and takes the Bangladesh expressway project of G company as an example to identify and evaluate the risks of overseas investment projects according to the implementation stage.According to the different stages of overseas investment projects,10 risk factors are classified: 1.Political risk,legal risk,social and cultural risk in the follow-up research stage;2.Technical risk,procurement risk,financial risk,operational risk and integration risk in the construction and operation stage;3.Exit risk and profit return risk in the project exit stage.Secondly,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method based on AHP is used to evaluate the risk of overseas investment,and the risk factors in three stages of G company’s Bangladesh expressway project are comprehensively analyzed.On this basis,the risk analysis and evaluation system is established,and the possibility of risk occurrence in the whole project and each stage is determined.Finally,on the basis of risk identification and evaluation,this paper analyzes the causes of the risk of G company’s Bangladesh expressway project,including blindness in project selection,imperfect internal control,lack of risk management system,and lack of professionalism in overseas investment projects.And in view of the above problems,the application of risk early warning system theory,internal control theory,one by one put forward the risk prevention countermeasures.In the management of overseas investment projects,company G should establish long-term investment strategy and avoid short-term behavior;improve internal control by optimizing decision-making mechanism,paying attention to risk assessment,strengthening control activities and fully carrying out information communication;establish overseas investment projects by clarifying risk management objectives,formulating risk management process,establishing risk early warning mechanism and strengthening risk management of investment partners In order to improve the professionalism of overseas investment projects,we should make good use of the resources of tripartite institutions and insurance institutions.At the same time,we should constantly introduce and cultivate high-level international talents and build our own overseas investment team.The innovation of this paper lies in: Taking the actual cases of overseas investment projects of state-owned enterprises as the research entry point,comprehensively considering the risk factors in each link of the project process,identifying the risks of overseas investment projects of state-owned enterprises through interview research,questionnaire survey and comparative analysis,determining the risks of different stages and the whole project through fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method This paper analyzes the causes of the risk of the case project and puts forward the preventive measures,Taking the Bangladesh highway project of G company as a case,this paper carries on the related research,and provides some reference for the risk management of the overseas investment projects of state-owned enterprises. |
