The intelligent ship technology system is an analysis system established with the help of communication systems,sensors,Internet of Things systems and Internet technology.It can analyze port information,logistics information and marine environment information systematically and networked.It is of great significance to the navigation,management and maintenance of ships,and the overall technical system adheres to environmental protection and economy.In this context,the ship intelligent management system came into being.The front-end of the ship’s intelligent management system adopts the React framework,uses axios to encapsulate the data request function,improves the front-end communication method,and uses Web Socket and spring Cloud-based microservices to provide data support for the front-end.The ship intelligent management system is composed of three subsystems:intelligent integration,intelligent engine room,and intelligent navigation.The frame diagram of data collection,data lightening,data transmission,and data storage is designed in the intelligent integrated subsystem of the ship.The data is stored in PNG(Portable Network Graphics)image format through the data lightening scheme and multiple pictures are compressed into one.Transmission to the ship-shore server improves the data transmission rate,data transmission security and saves traffic.The ship’s intelligent navigation subsystem realizes the display of the nautical chart,weather,route and other pages in the navigation monitoring.Among them,the truf.js interpolation method is used to realize the display of air pressure,and the display of air pressure is improved through the grouping interpolation algorithm.Through the simulator to plan the route,the Euclidean distance measurement method to locate the ship and the yaw algorithm to determine whether the ship is yaw,etc.to realize the navigation of the ship.The coding scheme is designed in the intelligent engine room subsystem,and the natural language processing methods such as TF-IDF and word2 vec are used to realize the matching of working conditions and the realization of three health value model algorithms.Real-time monitoring of the working condition point values ??in the engine room and monitoring of the engine room The health value of equipment components is evaluated and auxiliary suggestions are given,which realizes the intelligentization of the engine room.The ship intelligent management system is oriented to ship-side and shore-side users,providing real-time and historical data processing and analysis application services of ships,focusing on solving users’ actual work problems,and aiming to comprehensively improve users’ ship management efficiency.
