With the development of smart grid technology and the popularity of intelligent substation,the existing grid centralized monitoring mode gradually exposed a series of shortage,the mode control to just information within the substation equipment,including equipment operation,equipment data,equipment action information warning information and so on,and the equipment on-line monitoring system,fire control security systems,substation video system,inspection robot,mobile terminals and other auxiliary system largely unrealized remote transmission of data is in a state of loss of monitoring.In addition,the shipment samples in the control system of substation equipment of power grid data is mainly from PMS and on-line monitoring system for power transmission and transformation equipment,not connected to the transformer substation of safety monitoring and auxiliary systems related real-time information,control the range of data acquisition and frequency can meet the requirements of substation equipment comprehensive control,cannot satisfy the requirement of operational class to intelligent control equipment.At the scene of the reading of vast amount of literature and in-depth study in this paper,on the basis of practical production,expounds the concept and characteristics of intelligent substation,and on this basis,the analysis of intelligent substation of new equipment,new technology,the communication mode,and its network struc ture.Combined with the actual,analysis of existing grid system structure and function of the centralized monitoring system implementation,system configuration and the secondary system security protection,summary of the problems of substation centralized monitoring system,and the deficiencies.According to the 220 kv Liucun substation of the primary and secondary equipment for village overall configuration,auxiliary system,secondary system security protection and microcomputer monitoring,etc.,for 220 kv substation intelligent control system for village design,building architecture,software and hardware configuration,analysis system access scheme and function implementation.On this basis,the third generation intelligent substation technology is prospected.
