Application Of BIM Technology In The Whole Process Cost Consultation

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly points out that China’s economy has changed from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development and made strategic plans for building a strong Internet,digital China and a smart society.The construction industry is one of the pillar industries in China,among which the engineering cost consulting service is not only the most basic economic activity in the construction market,but also the important foundation to ensure the high-quality development in the construction field.The development course,strategic target and key point of national informatization strategy provide strategic thought and development direction for the informatization construction of engineering cost.The engineering cost consulting industry needs to transform to the multi-form and multi-form whole-process cost consulting service mode through reform and innovation,so as to play a positive role in the sustainable development of China’s construction.Based on various relevant information data of building engineering projects,BIM applies digital information simulation technology to build a visual multi-dimensional model of building engineering,carry out collision inspection and virtual construction,etc.,so as to reduce design errors and carry out design optimization.For cost management,cost accounting can be quickly and accurately,realize the cost engineering based data and dynamic linkage adjustment and real-time tracking,timely and accurate provide relevant data to the various construction projects participants,effectively promote the engineering cost consultation service with various parties at all stages of the construction project of information communication,to provide strong support for the project cost information.In this paper,we study the application of BIM technology in the whole process cost consultation,a consulting firm in chongqing as analysis object,and analysis the enterprise the level of business before the introduction of BIM technology,information management environment,the condition of project results,combined with the enterprise a project after the introduction of BIM technology level of business environment,information management,project effect,such as data,using the AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and research method of comparative analysis,the comparison results.This paper studies and analyzes the content,scope,process and target of cost consulting services,reorganizes and constructs resources and environment,puts forward new improvement measures,and promotes the upgrading of consulting enterprises’ business level.From the research results,it can be found that after the introduction of BIM technology into the whole-process engineering cost consulting service,it has a great promotion effect on the market core competitiveness and the sustainable development of the business of engineering cost consulting enterprises,and also plays a positive role in promoting the development of informatization of the engineering cost consulting industry.
