Physical properties of cement concrete pavement because of their own,in use after a period of time,the road there will be many diseases,fracture is one of the main diseases,white to black on the old cement concrete pavement,if do not take effective prevention and control measures,and these cracks will reflect soon the new paving of asphalt concrete pavement,reduce the service life of pavement.Fiber reinforced rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer is a kind of functional material which can slow reflection crack propagation by absorbing the concentrated stress at the crack tip.Therefore,this paper studies the pavement performance of fiber-reinforced rubber asphalt stress absorption layer through laboratory tests and theoretical analysis,in order to provide technical support for the popularization and application of this technology.Firstly,the pavement performance of the fiber sealing layer was studied by laboratory test.By strip tensile test,tensile strength as evaluation index of stres s absorbing layer crack resistance performance,dosage of emulsified asphalt are analyzed based on the orthogonal experiment method,the dosage of fiber and fiber length on the stress absorbing layer crack resistance performance,according to the results it is concluded that the dosage of the rubber asphalt stress absorbed layer of the tensile strength had the greatest influence,followed by the dosage of fiber,fiber length on stress absorbed layer tensile strength of the minimal i MPact.Due to the stress absorbing layer as a middle layer is paved between surface and base,so it also needs to have good ability of interlayer combination,by making composite specimen containing stress absorbed layer,interlayer shear test of fiber reinforced rubber asphalt stress absorbed layer between the layers of combining ability were studied,according to the experimental results it is concluded that the rubber asphalt dosage of interlaminar shear strength,followed by the dosage of gravel,then the dosage of fiber,fiber length on the influence of the interlayer shear strength is minimal.At the same time,this paper also selected the rubber asphalt stress absorbed layer,slurry seal and fiber reinforced emulsified asphalt stress absorbing layer that several stress absorbed layer materials,through the rolling load fatigue test and fatigue properties of fiber reinforced rubber asphalt stress absorbed layer has carried on the co MParison and analysis,according to the test results obtained in 4 kinds of stress absorbing layer,slurry seal of initial crack prevention and reflection crack effect is better,fiber reinforced stress absorbing layer of emulsified asphalt in delay fracture performance is better,and the fiber reinforced rubber asphalt stress absorbed layer in the prevention and control of the formation of cracks and delay the extension of cracks to show good results.Then by ABAQUS finite element numerical simulation software for setting up a fiber reinforced rubber asphalt stress absorbed layer of pavement structure crack mechanics behavior are analyzed,and its resistance to calculate the pavement structure under different stress absorbed layer modulus and stress absorbing layer thick Ness,not coaxial load size,under the condition of different thick Ness of surface layer modulus and the size of the crack tip stress intensity factor,according to the size of stress intensity factor analysis of different factors on the stress absorbing layer crack resistance performance influence.Finally combine actual engineering of fiber reinforced rubber asphalt stress absorbed layer introduces the construction technology and construction points for attention are given,as well as the fiber reinforced rubber asphalt stress absorbed layer of whole life cycle cost are analyzed,the conclusion of fiber reinforced rubber asphalt stress absorbed layer is a very economic prevention and reflection crack of the material.
