Rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer is a new and excellent treatment functional layer between the pavement layer.This feature not only has the ability to adhered the upper and lower structural layer as a whole force structure,and prevent the hydrodynamic intrude into pavement structure layer,and also has ability of stress-dissipating, stress-absorbing and reflective cracking. Excellent performance, with construction speed, simple equipment, easy to quality control,the rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer has broad application prospects in the white with black cement concrete pavement engineering.Throughout the research status, although many researchers has studied the mechanical characteristics of the structure and pavement performance of rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer.However,the the study of structural behavior and performance ofrubber asphalt stress absorbing layer in the pavement structure is less. especially the structural behavior rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer under the action of hydrodynamic pressure,cement concrete pavement interlayer treatment methods in white with black engineering practice,the relationship between spreading gravel particle size of rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer and graded asphalt overlay.Therefore,on the basis of summarizing and analyzing the current research, this article not only uses ANSYS finite element software comprehensively study the force behavior of rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer in the pavement structure. which from the angle of stress load, load- temperature coupling stress, dynamic load stress. At the same time,innovatively use the FLUENT finite element software and the "dynamic multifunction asphalt seepage tester" study the behavior of resist hydrodynamic erosion of rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer in the way of theory with practice. Finally,comprehensively analysis the key technologies of rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer in the actual application process from the perspective of road performance,which use the methed of "LGZ-1 structural layer material strength drawing instrument", "multi-functional pavement material shear apparatus", "MTS-810 fatigue testing machine".The results show that:in order to suppress the occurrence of reflective cracking, should adopt 1~2cm, the elastic modulus of 100 ~ 300 MPa of stress absorbing layer material in Old Cement Concrete Pavement Reconstruction design;When selecting rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer, recommend the milling technology for the surface treatment of cement concrete road in engineering applications, and the roughness comparison standard should reach SP3 level above. Rubber asphalt distributor recommended amount 2.4kg / m2, spreading gravel particle size appropriate for upper-level asphalt overlay with a nominal maximum particle size of 1/3 ~ 1/2, then it can improve anti-erosion hydrodynamic properties and bonding properties of rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer. Related research results not only provide a theoretical basis for the engineering design for the majority of builders,and also provide the basis for performance of the play and reasonable application of rubber asphalt stress absorbing layer.
