| In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China’s industrial production level and the strengthening of the government’s macro-control of the real estate industry and environmental protection,there has been an oversupply of concrete production enterprises.It is urgent for concrete production enterprises to use modern management methods to enhance their competitiveness.The most important thing in enterprise management is human resource management.Whereas,performance management is at the core of human resource management.Thus,scientific,efficient and practical performance management is an effective means to improve enterprise production efficiency and market share.This thesis takes S Building Materials Co.,Ltd.as the research object.The author consulted a large number of both domestic and foreign literature.According to the performance management research theory,through field research,interviews and other ways of collecting data for analysis,The author found some problems,such as the lack of clear performance appraisal system,the lack of clear performance appraisal system,the lack of effective performance appraisal system,the lack of performance appraisal system,the lack of performance evaluation system,and so on.The author also put forward the optimization scheme of performance management with KPI(Key Performance Indicators),Target Management Method and Workpoints Management Method.By designing and building the performance management system,the scheme facilitates setting up a platform for the implementation of the company’s strategy;adjusting departments to optimize the operation of the company’s performance management;setting key performance indicators to clarify the core content of performance management;formulating job description and notice board to refine strategic objectives;establishing performance feedback system to promote the virtuous cycle of performance management.Besides it adopts a series of measures,such as Task Follow-up Table,Three Meetings and Three Checks,Performance Coaching and Construction of Enterprise Culture,to ensure the smooth implementation of the optimization scheme.Starting from the problems found in the investigation,this thesis constructs the company’s performance management system based on the strategic objectives of the enterprise,adopts a variety of modern management methods to optimize the management scheme,solves the problems,and integrates a number of practical management measures into the optimization scheme.The improved performance management scheme forms the performance management of S company into an organic whole.The scheme covers a wide range and has a high degree of execution.It can provide some reference for the performance management of S company and other companies in the same industry. |
