| At present,the truck-loading robot in domestic for bagged material mainly depends on semi-automatic equipment,which needs manual palletizing assistance.High dust environment,high labor costs and heavy physical labor,results in serious "labor shortage" for the enterprise.With the deep development of artificial intelligence,"Robots instead of workers" is urgent.Due to the non-standardization of loading vehicles,the applicability of foreign equipment is not superior in China.The domestic research and development of this kind of loading robot is at the initial stage,and the loading speed and applicable are insufficient.In this paper,a new kind of intelligent loading robot is designed.The robot uses gantry truss structure and uses vehicle type identification system to identify the loading vehicle.Based on the analysis of loading information,the optimal palletizing shape is intelligently designed.The self-adaptive height adjustment is carried out with the change of loading height,which reduces the vertical moving distance of the grab,saves the moving time of the grab and improves the loading efficiency.The loading speed can reach 60T/h.Suitable for more than 90% loading vehicle.The author optimizes the structure of the gantry-truss robot(GTR).The GTR is divided into three large structural modules: transmission device,supply device and manipulator palletizing device.Under the condition of ensuring the structural strength,the weight of the GTR is reduced and the power consumption of the motor is reduced;The FEA of the key loading parts is carried out to improve the safety of the equipment;the motor and the reducer are calculated and selected,and the power is matched.In this paper,the dynamics simulation of the GTR is simulated by using Adams software.Through the simulation,the dynamics of the gantry truss palletizing loader can be obtained,which provides the basis for product optimization and improvement. |
