With the sustainable development of the cultural and creative industries of museums in developed countries,many domestic museums have gradually realized the advantages of developing this kind of industries and have successively developed their own products.Through products communication with visitors,the museum’s culture can be exported in multiple forms.Based on the theoretical basis of museum management,product design,marketing and other multidisciplinary knowledge,the article sorts out the basic situation of museum cultural and creative products and elaborates the importance of museum development of cultural and creative products and the development steps and specific methods.Do specific research on Ming Tombs Museum,combining the research content and the actual situation of the museum,the article proposes targeted development suggestions and makes design practices.First,by combing through the development and focus of the cultural and creative industry in various countries and integrating the relevant policies on the cultural and creative industry issued by our country in the past ten years,it is understood that the development of the cultural and creative industry as a pillar industry is the current national condition of our country.Starting from the time dimension,the development process of the museum cultural and creative industry of china is studied in three stages and the specific development situation is explained one by one.Starting from the four aspects of concept,value,characteristics,and classification,it further focuses on the museum’s cultural and creative products and puts forward the three values and seven characteristics of the products.Based on the classification of whether there is a physical carrier,the products are divided into two categories,tangible products and intangible products and combined with specific cases to refine tangible products,from design intentions,materials,and market needs.Then,according to the smile curve theory,product development and circulation sales at the two ends of the industrial chain are divided into three parts: development,design,and marketing.The considerations and specific methods of museum development of cultural and creative products are analyzed one by one.In terms of development,introduce the current five common development models and three development strategies.In design,summarize the five design principles and four design methods applicable to the products.In marketing,use the successful experience the Palace Museum,it is summarized as exhibition sales and cooperative marketing.Finally,take the Ming Tombs Museum as a specific analysis object to conduct field investigations.As a large-scale imperial place built at the same time as the Forbidden City,the Ming Tombs Museum has been in a bad state in recent years due to the peculiarities of its mausoleum culture and the lagging management methods.Therefore,according to the actual situation of the museum,the problems are summarized from the three aspects of product status,shopping environment and network operation and suggestions for improvement are given.In the development,it is proposed to hold a cultural and creative product design competition and implement cooperative research and development.In the design,it is proposed to create the museum’s IP image and deeply explore the cultural connotation of the museum.In the marketing,it is recommended to adopt immerse exhibitions,event marketing and online co-marketing.In response to existing operational problems,suggestions on optimizing official accounts and strengthening route guidelines were put forward.In practice,the preliminary exploration of the design of the museum’s IP guardian is hoped to provide some help worthy of reference for the Ming Tombs Museum.
