| With the rapid development of China’s tourism market,a large number of villages have participated in the development of rural tourism industry,especially the undeveloped villages with distinctive resources around big cities.Due to the influence of geographical location,policy,ecological environment and traffic,a large number of villages in Yanqing area of Beijing still maintain good ecological and cultural characteristics,which are suitable for the development of rural tourism.Yanqing region a large number of atypical features protection class villages involved in the development of tourism industry under the superficial prosperity,the actual development situation is not optimistic,because of its lack of conscious recognition of their own characteristic tourism resources value,the subsequent access mechanism and lack of tourism industry development management mechanism,lead to industry capital input and output ratio imbalance,serious homogeneity tendency and industry,Village cultural characteristics gradually disappear,the ecological environment was destroyed.In view of the problem that the non-typical protected villages in Yanqing region do not have a clear understanding of their own tourism development characteristics in the process of rural tourism development,this paper analyzes the existing theories and classic cases related to the suitability of rural tourism from the perspective of multidisciplinary integration.Based on the ZMET metaphor extraction technology,the characteristic resources of the villages with atypical characteristics in Yanqing were deeply extracted and the characteristics of their tourism development were determined,and the villages evaluated for tourism suitability were preliminarily screened."Tourism resources evaluation elements" and "tourism development environment evaluation elements" as evaluation index,based on the characteristics of IPA analysis to build yanqing atypical protection class village tourism suitability evaluation model,evaluation result is divided into two kinds,namely tourism suitable type with the appropriate type,tourism is divided into developmental priority,choosing appropriate field gun with conditional development-oriented three categories,The evaluation results are taken as the basis to judge the suitability of developing tourism industry in the protected villages with atypical characteristics in Yanqing.In view of the problems arising from the overall space,public space,architectural space,landscape space,facility space and control measures in the process of developing rural tourism industry,according to the evaluation results,and on the basis of protecting the texture of rural space context and ecological environment,this paper puts forward spatial optimization strategies and management and development suggestions.From the perspective of the overall space of the village,we should pay attention to the continuation of the overall style of the village,construct a multi-level spatial sequence,and improve the compound function of the village space.From the perspective of village public space,it mainly creates public space features by implanting three aspects: continuing public space style,linear optimization of street space and innovative cultural experience function.In view of architectural space,traditional buildings,B&B buildings and general residential buildings are optimized from the perspective of space upgrading,function implantation and replacement.From the perspective of landscape space,the landscape space can be divided into natural landscape,pastoral landscape and village internal landscape.The optimization of landscape space should be based on the natural law and local characteristics,and a progressive landscape sequence should be constructed.From the perspective of village service facilities space,the service facilities are divided into public service facilities supporting tourism,traffic facilities and basic service facilities,and the basic living needs and tourism development capacity of the village are improved and optimized,and the future development space is reserved.Taking Cimuchuan Village in Yanqing as an example,this paper verified the rationality,practicability and universality of the village tourism suitability evaluation system and spatial optimization strategy through the evaluation results of Cimuchuan Village’s tourism suitability.The research content of this paper can provide some reference for the development decision-making of tourism industry and the optimization construction direction of tourism space in the protected villages with atypical characteristics in Yanqing area. |
