| The AC filament conversion relay is an important device used in the railway signal lighting unit to achieve uninterrupted signal transmission.It plays an indispensable role in the smooth and steady operation of the railway system.Its dependability has a vital influence on the safety of the railway signal system.With the increase of the service time of the AC filament conversion relay,the performance parameters that characterize its reliability are gradually degrading until it fails.At present,the detection of AC filament transfer relays is mainly carried out by manual disassembly and return to the factory for testing.The large number of relays results in a long detection cycle,which leads to delayed fault handling and great safety risks.To address these problems,the parameter examine system and parameter online measure method of AC filament transfer relay are researched in this paper.Color light based on the railway signal using ac filament relay as the research object,first of all,the working state,dynamic release feature and contact motion feature are deeply studied,and the characteristic parameters of ac filament relay has carried on the comparative study,in consideration of relay working environment and parameter detection method,on the basis of selecting the parameters can be obtained.Aiming at the problems existing in the traditional time parameter measurement equipment,the wavelet transform modulus maximum value and strangeness seek method,combined with the relationship of wavelet detail coefficient inter-scale correlation existence,the mutation point representing the relay state transition time are obtained accurately.Based on the characteristic analysis and parameter measurement method of AC filament transfer relay,an on-line parameter detection system of AC filament transfer relay is designed and built,and the characteristic parameters of AC filament transfer relay are gathered,and the delivery,preserve and real-time display of the detection data are completed.Finally,a test platform was built to test the parameters of AC filament transfer relay and proved the stability and reliability of the system.The comparison results indicate that the measuring errors of the system were all within 2%,which met the expected design requirements,and had a vital function for the online detection of AC filament transfer relay. |
