After the completion of the waterway regulation project of the Han River,the shipping of the Han River has attracted multitudinous demands within the radiation area because of its advantages such as large volume,low cost and low emissions.Xinglong shiplock,located in the lower reaches of the Han River,was built early.The increasing demand for freight makes Xinglong shiplock busier and busier.Xinglong shiplock is built at one time according to the long-term design capacity,which has exceeded the short-term design capacity in advance.Therefore,the main research work is as follows:First of all,the current situation of the lock is analyzed,and the basic situation of the lock,the situation of the ship passing the lock and the problems existing in the operation process of the lock are sorted out,which lays the foundation for the simulation model construction of the lock operation system.The basic situation of ship lock includes the location and facilities of ship lock,and the situation of ship passing through the lock includes the situation of cargo transportation and management and dispatching.The most serious problem in the operation of ship lock is the low size matching between ship and lock chamber.Secondly,the design capacity and operation capacity of the lock are distinguished,and the differences between them are analyzed.From the four aspects of natural factors,lock factors,ship factors and management factors,this paper puts forward the factors that affect the operation capacity of the lock,analyzes the adjustability of the factors and analyzes the influence ways of the adjustable factors on the operation capacity.Thirdly,the operation process of the lock system is analyzed,and the overall framework is established.The simulation model of the lock operation system is divided into three sub models: the ship birth sub model,the lock arrangement sub model and the ship passing through the lock sub model.The sub model of ship lock generation needs to analyze and input the law of ship arriving at the lock,the type and proportion of ship passing through the lock,the sub model of lock arrangement needs to analyze and input the plan of lock arrangement,the waiting time of ship queuing,the sub model of ship passing through the lock needs to analyze and input the opening strategy,the operation time of single and two-way locks,etc.The ship data input in a certain month is selected and compared with the actual results to verify the rationality of the simulation model of the system.Finally,the parameters of the three simulation schemes proposed according to the adjustable factors are input into the system simulation model,and the simulation results are compared with the simulation results when they are not adjusted.It is concluded that the three schemes are effective to extend the lock opening time,improve the jack up movable bridge and promote the use of the standard ship type.The three schemes are independent of each other and have no influence on each other,forming a set of operation and passing capacity strategy of Xinglong shiplock.This study provides a set of simulation model of single-stage single line lock operation system,enriches the relevant research in this field,analyzes the specific problems of Xinglong lock operation capacity shortage,and provides reference for the improvement of Xinglong lock operation capacity under the new situation.
