Calculation the carrying capacity of the railway passing capacity of block section and the ability to draw in various stages of the railway map which is the essential part of organizational of train operation design, plays an extremely important role in organizations. With the continuous growth of China's national economy, and transforming the existing rail line to implement a large number of construction projects designed to increase the workload of staff, organizations rely on the traditional manual method lane design does not meet the actual demand. Thus, it is particularly important to automate the calculation and drawing of the carrying capacity of block section.In this thesis the development of the object-oriented software development methods to calculate the railway passing capacity of block section calculation and mapping system (RCBCMS). In connection with the thesis advanced software development methods XP (Extreme Programming ) detailed description of the system analysis, design and development of the railway passing capacity of block section calculation and mapping system of the various functions module. The data used to create a flow diagrams, ER, data base and IPO plans described in the model, and development tools for System using Visual C #.First introduced in the system used the calculation of the principles and methods of the railway transport capacity, through the constitution which could try hard has carried on the outline analysis to the distribution of stations and passing capacity of block section plan; Then proposed the customer demand, is clear about the system goal, unifies the data flow chart, the ER chart, the data base and the IPO chart carries on the analysis to the system demand; Next analysis of the system's characteristics, system architecture design, choose an appropriate tool to determine the function and performance requirements; Finally, the difficulties encountered in the development of systems and solutions in order to achieve the transformation line expansion as an example, RCBCMS case for a more detailed analysis and test analysis.
