With the increasingly severe global energy situation,the development of energy-saving and low energy-consumption buildings turn into the trend of future.However,in our country,green building design used to pay more attention to the technology superposition in the later stage than space optimization in the early stage.In the initial Architecture design,space design fundamentally determined the environmental performance and energy efficiency of buildings,and unreasonable space design may cause that the later technical measures can not reach the aim of low energy consumption.Therefore,it is of great significance to do research on spatial adjustment strategy and apply space adjustment means(which aims to reduce energy consumption)to the design.Herein,we based on energy-consumption simulation simulated by Design Builder and combined with practical engineering experience.According to the climate characteristics of hot summer and cold winter,we deduced some space adjustment strategies and applied them to the design of an independent house in Yixing City.A low energy consumption design responding to the local climate was completed,after that,the energy-saving effectiveness of the design strategy was verified by energy-consumption simulation software.Our design research can be used as a valuable reference for the follow-up climate responsive independent residential design.This paper was divided into four key chapters encompassing a literature review and three research chapters.Chapter 1 briefly discussed the background,objective,object and method of research and design.Chapter 2 was the theoretical research preparation part,including the interpretation of thermal environment comfort evaluation index and energy saving evaluation index related concepts and specifications,Yixing City meteorological data acquisition and interpretation,as well as residential building energy-saving design theory collection.Chapter 3 summarized the space adjustment strategy from four aspects: site design,shape design,plane layout and surrounding structure design.We used Design Builder software to build models according to categories and obtained the appropriate spatial adjustment strategy according to the simulation results of energy consumption.Chapter 4 applied the space adjustment strategy from the previous chapter to the actual project design process according to the four levels of site design,shape design,plane layout and peripheral protection structure design.After the design was completed,the energy-saving effectiveness of this design strategy in the project was verified by simulation software.The whole thesis contains about 26758 words,106 pictures and charts.
