As a landlocked province of Hunan,it belonging to the cold winter and hot summer areas, summer and.winter seasonal climate has large differences,low temperature in winter is cold, hot summer temperatures, poor indoor thermal environment. Residential envelope thermal properties that affect residential indoor thermal comfort of the important factors. How to economic rational choice of building envelope, even if the building has a good indoor thermal environment, but also better to reduce energy consumption, has become the architecture, environment, energy and other areas need study.The thermal performance of building envelope improvements should be priority considered for residential energy-saving,this is the starting point, first of all residential envelope structure and the impact of energy consumption to analyze the relationship to explain the structure of domestic and foreign research on the envelope.According to geographical and climate characteristics of Hunan Province,Hunan Province qualitatively classified summary of the types of energy-saving house envelope structure, presenting the walls, doors, windows, roofing and other types of building envelope characteristics.On this basis,the establishment of residential building models, the use of energy simulation software DeST-h envelope structure of different types of energy consumption simulation,Comprehensive comparative analysis of different types of retaining structure of energy consumption economy and the construction of economics, quantitative energy-saving effect of the envelope structure and efficiency, taking full account to maximize energy efficiency and cost-optimal in principle, different types of energy-saving housing to evaluate the building envelope is proposed for residential energy-efficient building envelope selection of Hunan Province, countermeasures and proposals.This paper hopes to evaluate various types of retaining structure of a scientific and rational argument for the current residential energy-saving construction and to provide the appropriate selection of programs for transformation of the envelope through different types of retaining structure in Hunan Province Selection of economic analysis of research, from the technical performance, economic and social benefits to the energy-efficient residential building envelope to provide theoretical support for the choice of programs.
