| With the advent of the 5G era,major changes will be made to the traditional shipbuilding method.The two-dimensional paper work instructions cannot meet the demands of digitalization,visualization,and efficiency under the background of Intelligent Manufacturing and Industry4.0.Model Based Definition technology has always been a research hotspot for traditional manufacturing to realize 3D digitalization of design and manufacturing,which aims to reduce the application of 2D drawings through the combination of non-geometric information and 3D models and has high value in the application of engineering.In view of the particularity of the assembly welding process in the shipbuilding industry,this paper uses MBD technology to define the information data set of assembly welding process,and builds a three-dimensional information model of the assembly welding process.At the same time,the paper combines the ideas of MBD technology with the three-dimensional simulation technology.Based on a detailed analysis of the requirements of the shipbuilding industry for the realization of the 3D simulation of the assembly welding process,the basic architecture of the 3D simulation system for the assembly welding process was constructed.And the system was developed and implemented under the Weld＿Sta（Welding Structure aid system）after carrying out the overall design,functional design,workflow design,UI design,and etc.This paper also performs a black box test on the system’s function and performance after the development of the system.At the same time,taking the segmentation of the bottom side tank of a bulk carrier as an example,the three-dimensional dynamic simulation in assembly welding process of the block is performed,which realize a number of core functions such as 3D visualization of welding process information,simulation of assembly process,simulation of welding path,generating the 3D operation instructions,etc.and verified the feasibility and practicability of the system. |
