Keeping the equipment in good operating condition is an important guarantee for enterprises to produce efficiently and improve economic benefits.However,as the production system gradually develops toward automation and intelligence,the difficulty of troubleshooting equipment in the system is gradually increasing,and the maintenance cost is gradually increasing.How to establish a feasible equipment maintenance strategy has become a key issue to be considered in equipment management.Based on the analysis of the current situation of equipment maintenance and management of the automobile air-conditioning rubber sucker production line of an enterprise in Suzhou,this paper carries out the research on the predictive maintenance technology of automobile air-conditioning rubber sucker production system,and proposes a limited time predictive maintenance strategy centering around equipment reliability and aiming at maintenance cost rate,and takes into account the economic and structural relevance of the equipment.A multi equipment opportunistic maintenance model is established,and a predictive maintenance system for automotive air conditioning rubber sucker production system is developed.Firstly,the research background is described,and the research status of equipment maintenance management,predictive maintenance and reliability at home and abroad is sorted out.Based on the on-the-spot investigation on the maintenance and management of the automobile air-conditioning rubber sucker production system of an enterprise in Suzhou,the requirements of the maintenance and management system of the automobile air-conditioning rubber sucker production line are analyzed,and on this basis,the system architecture design,system function design,data acquisition scheme design and database design are made.Secondly,the predictive maintenance strategy of automotive air conditioning rubber sucker production line is focused on.According to the characteristics of different types of products produced by automobile air-conditioning rubber sucker production line generating different equipment consumption,Weibull proportional strength model is used as the equipment reliability model to analyze the reliability of key equipment on the production line and verify the accuracy of the model.The data acquisition subsystem is developed to provide data sources for the model.The collected data provide data support for the generation of equipment maintenance plan.According to the collected data,the environmental impact factor and product qualification rate are calculated and the maintenance plan is adjusted.Thirdly,taking the maintenance cost rate of automobile air conditioning rubber sucker production line as the optimization target,the predictive maintenance model of single equipment and the opportunity maintenance model of multiple equipment are established respectively.Matlab and genetic algorithm are used to solve the model,and the maintenance effects of the two strategies in terms of maintenance cost and maintenance downtime are compared.The multi equipment opportunity maintenance model is selected as the theoretical basis for software development.Finally,based on the multi equipment opportunity maintenance model and.Net technology,the maintenance management system of automobile air conditioning rubber sucker production line is developed.The data acquisition module and other main function modules of the system are introduced and functional tests are made to verify the availability of the system.
