Shafting is the key guarantee for the normal operation of the ship,as the core part of ship power transmission.The healthy operation of ship shafting depends on whether the shafting alignment design is reasonable and whether the bearing load measurement is accurate.At present,manual data processing is mostly used in shafting alignment and load measurement,which not only leads to low management efficiency,but also leads to low utilization rate of data information existing in the design and installation process of existing shafting,which can not be effectively used to help the subsequent theoretical design of similar structure shafting.In order to solve the above problems,and to promote the digitization of ship shafting alignment and bearing load measurement,this paper starts to build a set of ship shafting process database system,which combines database technology,coaxial alignment theory and bearing load measurement technology,not only to facilitate data processing and management,but also to improve the efficiency of shafting alignment and bearing load measurement,It can also effectively use the existing shafting data to provide shafting design reference and installation quality evaluation standards.First of all,the actual needs in the process of ship shafting alignment and bearing load measurement are analyzed,the structure division of the system and the functions of each module are determined,and the operation process of the system is determined;then,based on the data requirements of the system,the number and content of data tables are determined,combined with the logical relationship between data information,the database is established The relationship diagram is drawn,and the materialized integration scheme based on the middle layer is adopted.Then,according to the development technology road map in the overall design of the system,the actual development of the system is carried out.Based on the needs of system scale,cost control and extensibility,SQL Server is selected as the management system of ship shafting process database system,and VB.NET is used to compile code.According to the data structure,the system management database and shafting project template database are constructed,and the data table in the database is established.Through the user permission setting,the hierarchical maintenance and management of the database are realized,and the robustness of the data is effectively protected.Taking the way of project sub database to reduce the situation of excessive data accumulation,significantly improve the efficiency of data reading.Finally,based on the three-tier C / S architecture mode,ADO.NET connection technology and frame page design are adopted to complete the construction of the ship shafting process database system,and the shafting test bench and real ship measurement data are used to verify the system.The establishment of ship shafting process database system greatly promotes the process of digitalization,intelligence and modernization about practical work in the field of ship shafting.It is significant to improve the utilization efficiency of data resources and has a positive impact on the future research of ship shafting alignment and load measurement technology.
