Research On The Evolution Of Industrial Technology Fronts Based On Patent Coupling

In the increasingly knowledge-based economic development,the size of enterprises’ technological innovation ability has become the basis of their survival and development,and technological innovation is the necessary means for enterprises to maintain market competitive advantage.As an emerging industry,the rapid development of the new energy vehicle industry depends on the technological innovation in this field.However,the actual development of the new energy vehicle technology faces many challenges.In order to further develop the new energy vehicle technology,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth assessment of the current research and development trend.The technology fronts represent the most dynamic field of science and technology.The identification and evolution of the technology fronts is conducive to clarifying the development vein of the fronts technology and understanding the latest technological development trends of the industry.Therefore,this study makes a systematic analysis of the technology fronts to gain insight into the current key technologies and future development trends.After the review of the literature of research at home and abroad,this paper found that most studies based on the research front,in the field of literature data to discuss the use of patent data of industry technological fronts research is relatively small,and patent data contain more than 90% of the information science and technology,so in this paper,based on the patent data,use the patent coupling method to identify analysis was carried out on the technological fronts.Existing research pay more attention to the technological fronts recognition method,subject,types of analysis,in order to more system to explore technological fronts evolution characteristics,this paper build a sliding time window,from the technological fronts subject identification,classification,technical potential,relevance,technical subject and area,and other aspects of technology evolution characteristics are analyzed.The patent technology text and IPC classification number are used to identify the research topic of each technology fronts,divide the technology domain,track the scale change of the technology fronts,and divide the technology fronts into five types.Further analysis is made on the two types of emerging technology fronts.In technical potential analysis,with some degree of center and the mediation center degrees building technical potential two-dimensional analysis diagram,fronts potential positioning technology,analysis the technological fronts potential changes over time,combine the technology and the potential technological fronts type,comparing the difference between the technical potential of the same kind of technological fronts,identify important technological fronts.In the technology relevance analysis,the association relationship of technology fronts is analyzed from the two levels of group and individual,the position of technology fronts in the network is positioned,the key technologies in the technology fronts are identified by combining with the time line,and the evolution characteristics of technology relevance in the fronts technology fields are revealed.In addition,we also analyzed the technology subjects and their regions of the technology fronts,analyzed the changes and cooperation characteristics of the technology subjects by combining the types and potential of the technology fronts,and identified the regional distribution of the technology fronts in the industry as well as the differences between different regions of the technology fronts.The research results show that the same type technological fronts in the technical potential and there is a big difference in the network status,through the analysis of the technology fronts centricity,increase the technological fronts tend to have higher technical status,emerging technology already exists in the high degree or high degree of mediation center front,there is also a low degree or low mediation center front,technical status have bigger difference,high center degrees of emerging technological fronts is the concern of the technological fronts,high degree of mediation center of emerging technological fronts is mostly involves multidisciplinary integration technology,in the development of the technological fronts good bridge.On the other hand,the technology fronts with high degree of high intermediary has good development potential and should be paid more attention to.The study also found that Japan and the United States are relatively mature countries in the development of new energy vehicle industry,with a relatively comprehensive technical layout.
