Research On Construction Quality Management Of SXHC Phase 1 Project

China is a large engineering country with the largest number of construction sites.The construction area that is under construction and completed in the year is also the highest in the world.However,the average life expectancy of buildings is only one-third of that of developed countries.The status quo of “big but not strong” is worrying,and safety and quality accidents of building construction have also occurred frequently.China's "Architectural Law" has made clear legal provisions from the aspects of building permits,qualifications,project contracting and contracting,engineering supervision,construction engineering quality management,architectural design,construction materials and warranty,etc.the quality of.In 2017,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development issued the “13th Five-Year Plan for Construction Industry Development”,which listed the improvement of project quality and safety as one of the eight major directions for the development of the construction industry in the next five years.The CPC Central Committee also issued the “Promotion of Quality Improvement Action”.The Guiding Opinions proposes that by 2020,China's supply quality will be significantly improved,the supply system will be more efficient,and the construction of a quality-powered country will achieve significant results,and the overall quality level will be significantly improved,prompting China's construction industry to enter the "quality era." The quality of engineering projects has become the focus of engineering construction,and the key link in the quality control of construction projects lies in the construction phase.Therefore,after expounding the quality management theory quality management analysis method,this paper takes the first phase project of SXHC project as an example,according to the difficulty of construction of the residential project,construction deployment,project department organizational structure and quality management process,combined with the actual situation,five problems are identified in the construction quality management of SXHC phase 1 project;the quality management method of PDCA cycle is used,and the problems in the project construction quality management process are analyzed from the five perspectives of 4M1 E in each part of PDCA.The factors affecting the construction quality are obtained.Based on the PDCA cycle,the credit system and the reward and punishment system,the dynamic management of the labor force,the model system,the quality inspection system of the project department,and the office system of the quality agency are established.The effect evaluation confirms the effectiveness of the countermeasures.
