Water lubricated bearings are used as lubricating medium instead of oil,and composite materials instead of precious metals as high performance transmission materials.It has many outstanding advantages,such as high reliability,low noise,wear-resistant,long life,convenient maintenance,energy saving and environmental protection,and has been widely used in large-scale mechanical equipment.But the research on the comprehensive experimental platform of water lubricated bearing is not perfect.There are many performance parameters of water lubrication bearing separately.There are few comprehensive researches on the same test platform,and the test equipment is difficult to simulate the real-time working condition of water lubricated bearing.This paper analyzes and summarizes the research status of water lubricated bearing test-bed at home and abroad.Aiming at the problems of small size and single function of the existing water lubricated bearing test-bed,a water lubricated bearing test-bed is designed and built.The test-bed can simulate the actual working condition of water lubricated bearing through the loading system to simulate the propeller force,and the bearing load is built Water film pressure,axis trajectory and other test systems can online detect a number of performance parameters of water lubricated bearings.The main work of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the design objective of the water lubricated bearing test-bed is defined,the key technical parameters of the test-bed are determined by calculation,and the overall scheme design of the water lubricated bearing test-bed is completed;Secondly,the structure of each part of the test-bed is designed,including the design of stern shaft,water lubricated bearing,loading system and other equipment.The two-dimensional engineering drawings of the key parts of the test-bed are drawn with Auto CAD,and the three-dimensional modeling and solid assembly of the test-bed are completed with Solidworks.According to the experimental requirements,the bearing load test system,water film pressure test system and axis trajectory test system are designed to detect the performance parameters of water lubricated bearings;Finally,the installation and debugging of the test-bed are completed on the foundation,and the function of the test-bed is verified by taking the speed as the control variable.The results show that the water lubricated bearing test-bed can realize the test of bearing load,water film pressure,axis trajectory,water film thickness,etc.,and the general law of the influence of speed on the performance of water lubricated bearing is obtained,which can provide reference for the next engineering application of water lubricated bearing And scientific research.
