With the rapid development of national defense science and technology,the semi-physical simulation technology plays an increasingly important role in the development of weapons.In this paper,the 4-DOF target attitude simulation system is also a practica l application in the field of semi-physical simulation.The system is used to simulate the posture of flying after missile launch.Its principle is to make the horn antenna achieve different position at a certain speed in the process of movement according to the control instruction,so as to achieve the purpose of the simulation of missile flight attitude and flight path.Whether the missile flight attitude and flight path accurate control is directly related to the accuracy of the missile guidance,therefore,the system of the horn antenna performance test is very important.In recent years,the system of multi-degree of freedom attitude or attitude test is endless,but its structure is relatively simple,less performance requirements,and to some extent it cannot meet the requirements of this system,so according to the requirements of the performance index of the system,the s ystem needed for custom development.The main contents are as follows:First of all,this paper has reviewed and researched t he existing attitude simulation system.On this basis,a complete design scheme is proposed according to the requirements of this subject,including the way of system operation,the design of mechanical structure,the hardware of servo control system design and so on.In the aspect of mechanical structure design,the modular design idea is used to design the detailed size and structure of the system's degree of freedom,and the principle of motion is expounded.The strength of the whole system is checked and the stress and deformation characteristics of each component are analyzed by ANSYS software.The mechanical structure design part of the system is completed.Secondly,the control principle of the system is designed and the main control components are selected.The main circuit schematic is designed and the hardware circuit of the control system is completed.The control system mode and operation flow are further designed.O n this basis,the mathematical model is established for the typical degree of freedom,the transfer function model is established by Laplace transform,and the model is simulated by MATLAB / SIMULINK simulation software to verify the rationality and feasibility of the control system design.Finally,the performance of the horn antenna is tested on the basis of the physical model of the system.The test methods and test data of each index are given in detail,and the test results are analyzed.To sum up,the mechanical structure of the design can meet the requirements of motion and intensity.The control system can meet the accuracy requirement,the test data has certain credibility;Therefore,the completion of the custom development of the system has extended the structure of the postural simulation system to some extent,and also provides some reference for the research of similar projects in the future.
