| With th e arrival of industrial 4.0,the industrial pipeline has entered the stage of intelligent production.Due to its own problems and external factors,strip deviation will occur on the strip production line.The existing strip edge detection device has the disadvantages of slow detection speed,low measurement precision and weak anti-interference ability,all of which will lead to low production efficiency.Therefore,it is necessary to design the edge detection device with faster detection speed,higher measurement precision and stronger anti-interference ability to quickly and accurately detect the edge position of the strip.In this paper,a reconfigurable edge location detection device based on FPGA is designed.This paper mainly introduces the overall scheme of FPGA based reconfigurable edge location detection device,and describes the hardware design and software design of the device respectively.FPGA can be reconfigurable by MCU,and two different functions of debug mode and detection mode can be realized on the detection device.In the debug mode,the CMOS image sensor is used as a detection element to capture the edge of the strip to be detected,the FPGA drives the CMOS image sensor,and the image information of the edge position is collected at high speed.Then the image information is stored,the image on the edge of the strip is displayed,and a series of lenses and sensing are carried out according to the displayed image.The device is debugged to ensure that the device achieves the best detection mode.In the detection mode,the CMOS image sensor can quickly collect the local image information,and get the edge location data after the image processing,and transmit it to other devices by serial communication.According to the above scheme,the design and debugging of the detection device are carried out,and the accuracy of detection is 0.2mm.Compared with the existing devices,the system’s rapidity,accuracy and utilization ratio of hardware and software are greatly improved. |
