Financial Analysis Of A Corporation Based On Harvard Analysis Method

The high debt rate,the large amount of investment and the single source of income are the significant characteristics of the expressway construction and operation stage,which also makes the risk of the expressway investment and construction company in the constant increase.At present,Chinese scholars have made fruitful achievements in financial analysis,but the financial analysis of the expressway industry is still less involved.This paper takes Company A as the research object and conducts financial analysis and research on it based on Harvard framework.Based on the level of highway transportation industry,this paper takes Company A as A case and makes financial analysis of it using Harvard framework.This paper is based on the analysis and research of financial analysis theory carried out by researchers around the world,and then introduces the Harvard analysis method.Based on this theoretical basis,considering the strategic environment of the company,this paper makes A comprehensive analysis of Company A from the perspectives of accounting,finance and prospects.Finally,based on the previous analysis,the problems in the financial analysis of Company A are summarized:such as large capital expenditure and high asset-liability ratio;Restricted assets scale is large,and profitability fluctuates greatly;The liquidity of assets is insufficient,and the risk of external guarantee is more.At the same time,corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward based on the diagnosis results,including:expanding charging channels through multi-channels and multi-directions;Improve the economic benefits of enterprises;Strengthen the effect of charge management and optimize the capital structure and so on.
