With the continuous advancement of the power system reform,social capital gradually enters the electricity sale side and the incremental distribution network market,and electricity sales companies have been established in various places in succession,which has injected vitality into the electricity market and intensified competition,breaking the monopoly position and profit model of the electricity sales side of the power supply companies.Under the background of electricity markelization,power supply companies will face unprecedented impacts and challenges.Traditional electricity marketing methods can no longer meet market needs.Therefore,researching and formulating marketing strategies suitable for the sustainable development of power supply companies has become an issue that needs urgent attention.The paper takes the marketing strategy of L Power Supply Company as the research object.Firstly,based on the current marketing situation of L Power Supply Company,the paper analyzes that there are still a series of problems in the company’s marketing process,such as single product type,unreasonable price system,lagging channel management,and low promotion enthusiasm.Secondly,the paper analyzes the environmental conditions of L Power Supply Company in detail through PEST analysis and Porter’s five forces model,and uses SWOT model to summarize external opportunities and threats,internal advantages and disadvantages faced by L Power Supply Company’s marketing.Thirdly,the STP theory is used to make market segmentation,select target market,and make market position.Based on the 4P marketing theory,the paper puts forward that product strategy focuses on improving product quality,strengthening brand strategy,product differentiation,and perfecting product services;price strategy determines demand-oriented pricing and discounted electricity prices,and strengthens electricity price control;place strategy proposes to strengthen distribution network construction,transformation of power supply business halls,and promotion of online business halls;promotion strategy puts forward marketing strategies such as personnel sales,advertising promotion,business promotion,and strengthening public relations management.Finally,the paper formulates the guarantee measures for the implementation of the company’s marketing strategy from the aspects of perfecting the marketing safety management mechanism,improving the marketing service system,consolidating the marketing risk management and control,and building a high-quality marketing team.Through the research on the electricity marketing strategy of L Power Supply Company,it can deeply dig up the potential of the electricity sales market for the company,improve the marketing strategy,consolidate the marketing business foundation,and promote the company’s sustainable and healthy development.
