With the rapid development of China’s economy,China’s metallurgical manufacturing industry and mining industry have developed rapidly.With the increase of iron output,the water quenching slag produced by blast furnace is also increasing.For a long time,the slag of blast furnace water quenching has been thrown away as waste,which is not only a huge waste,but also the accumulation of slag mountains,occupy good farmland,hinder traffic,and even restrict the production of blast furnace.Water quenching slag in the main ingredients of CaO,SiO2,Al2O3,alkali metal oxides,metal oxide,and contains a small number of high prices for components,the water quenching slag can be used as the advantage of preparation of porous glass ceramic raw materials,therefore,this paper takes the water quenching slag as main raw materials preparation of porous glass ceramic materials,adding quartz sand adding silicon,So that its elements in the glass system formation range.The effects of the content of water quenching slag,the choice of foaming agent and temperature program on the properties of building porous glass and ceramic materials were studied.The experimental results show that when the content of water quenching slag is 40%,the temperature program is raised from room temperature to 400℃at a heating rate of 5℃/min,and then the temperature is kept for 30 min.The heating rate of10℃/min is from 400℃to the foaming temperature,and the cooling time is 1h after holding.When the industrial soda ash is selected as the foaming agent and the mixing amount is 5%,a good porous glass ceramic sample is obtained,with a volume density of 1.31 g/cm3,a compressive strength of 10.9 MPa.Respectively by adding ceramic waste materials,alumina,borax,the porous glass ceramic material strength,volume density,optimize,preparation of energy consumption optimization experiment,through the measurement of field experiment,DSC and TG test,Fourier infrared detection,etc,to explore the high temperature viscosity change,glass network structure of the sample volume density,compressive strength,the influence of the coefficient of thermal conductivity and other physical properties.When the content of water quenching slag is 35%,the content of ceramic waste is 55%,the addition of alumina is 4.32%,the content of industrial soda ash is 10%,and the addition of borax is 10%,the high strength and light weight building porous glass ceramic material with compressive strength of 9.12 MPa,volume density of 832 kg/m3,thermal conductivity is0.42W/m·K high strength,lightweight building porous glass ceramic material.Based on the water quenching slag,ceramic waste as the main raw material preparation of porous glass ceramic building insulation materials reflected in waste scrap,the principle of sustainable development,following through to optimize strength,volume density optimization,preparation of energy consumption optimization experiment,the preparation of high strength,lightweight,energy-saving porous glass ceramic building insulation materials,To provide experimental data for recycling and recycling of waste water quenching slag.
