Research On Waterfront Landscape Planning And Design Of The Old Canal In The Shan Dong Province Ji Ning City’s Canal New Town

With the success of the Grand Canal’s application for World Heritage in 2014,the state issued the outline of the Grand Canal cultural protection,inheritance and utilization plan in February 2019.Jining old canal as an important part of the Grand Canal has cultural heritage,protection and inheritance of the old canal culture has become one of the key projects of the city.In this paper,Jining old canal New Town section is selected as the research area,through combing the regional culture of "hometown of Confucius and Mencius",according to the three theories of landscape ecology,landscape planning and design and landscape aesthetics,and drawing on the excellent cases of waterfront landscape at home and abroad,the planning theme,overall layout and landscape performance of the old canal New Town section are studied.Through sorting out the relevant literature at home and abroad,consulting the references of landscape culture,landscape ecology,landscape planning and design,and landscape aesthetics,this paper comprehensively analyzes the relevant theories and practices of waterfront landscape planning and design at home and abroad,and combines with the field research to think and analyze the current problems;comprehensively discusses the research contents of waterfront landscape planning and design of the old canal,and puts forward some suggestions The conclusions are as follows(1)Jining is the hometown of Confucius and Mencius.Tracing back to the relevant contents of Jining canal culture,it is determined that the waterfront landscape of the old canal takes "the hometown of Confucius and Mencius · the riverside of etiquette" as the planning and design theme,and shows the basic idea of Confucian culture of "man and nature";(2)According to the theory of landscape ecology,planning and design,combined with excellent cases at home and abroad,the old canal is planned and designed;the landscape planning structure of "one axis,two wings,four districts and multiple points" is adopted,the river is used as the vertical axis to control the landscape on both sides,and four scenic spots are formed by "the ends of the earth are close to each other,the mind is connected with foreign things,the ancient and modern are connected smoothly,and the landscape is pleasant to rest" Point design;(3)Based on the theory of landscape aesthetics and guided by the theory of planning and design,the paper integrates the distribution of scenic spots with the systematic landscape layout to show the landscape culture,and shows the humanistic history,folk culture,stories and legends of Jining City,so as to arouse the memory of the past and show the urban style of the new period.
