Research And Software Development Of Capability Test And Evaluation Method

Modern war is a war with information equipment system as the main body.The operational capability evaluation of information equipment system is an important content of equipment test and evaluation(T&E).At present,there are many types of joint test and evaluation platform products,which can provide cross domain live,virtual and constructive test resource integration,and provide a good basic capability support for the operational capability evaluation of information equipment system.However,the evaluation of operational capability of equipment system is based on the background of joint operation,which evaluates the operational capability of equipment system.It involves the requirement analysis of operational capability evaluation of equipment system,the test planning and design required to realize the complex evaluation requirements,and the system implementation.It has not formed an integrated and complete framework covering the analysis and evaluation requirements,design of test methods,operation of test system and generation of test conclusions required by the operational capability evaluation of equipment system.This thesis studies the method of capability requirement generation,the method of test evaluation strategy,the method of test planning and design,the method of capability evaluation based on capability requirements,and develops the related auxiliary tools.Combined with the joint test platform H-JTP developed by Harbin Institute of Technology,the research results can initially form an integrated framework of equipment system operational capability evaluation,and promote the improvement of the comprehensive evaluation level of equipment system capability.The concept of integrated capability test is proposed,which is to plan and design the test according to the capability requirements,then map the test to the specific joint test platform for loading and running,collect data,analyze and evaluate.Through the research on the generation method of capability requirements,this thesis discusses the connotation of key steps such as functional area analysis,functional requirements analysis and functional solution analysis.Through the study of test design and evaluation methods,the connotation of four steps in the integrated capability test framework,including the development of test evaluation strategy,test planning,test design and capability evaluation,is analyzed and studied,and an effective method is formed.Based on the research of capability requirements generation method,test design and evaluation method,the auxiliary software such as capability requirements generation software,capability test planning tool and capability test design tool are developed.The association with H-JTP joint test platform is established,and the integrated framework of capability evaluation is preliminarily realized.The operational capability evaluation test of surface target detection and attack is constructed,and the application of the capability test and evaluation software is verified,which preliminarily verifies the effectiveness of the research results in this thesis.
