Research On The Evaluation Of Construction Enterprise Project Management Ability

Project management as the foundation of the construction enterprise management unit,a certain degree of construction enterprise management level directly influences the economic benefits of the project,and even about the survival of the construction enterprise project want to be more in line with the market development,meet the needs of the market,improve enterprise competitiveness,improve project operation efficiency,need to further improve the level of project management while most managers have realized the importance of evaluation of the project management ability,but for now,most enterprises lack of effective evaluation method,thus not evaluation work into practice.First of all,based on the research at home and abroad on the basis of project management maturity model,combined with engineering project management specification requirements,building construction enterprise project management into five ability model of comprehensive literature study and expert opinions,established the primary index 11 sub-abilities on project management ability for secondary 43 indicators for three-level index evaluation index system of three levels of project management skills.Secondly,with the aid of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to calculate the weights of evaluation indexes,and establish the construction enterprise project management ability evaluation model by the expert scoring method for comprehensive evaluation of F company project management ability calculate the comprehensive score of 48 points,determine the company project management ability as the standard grade,shows that the company there are still large room to improve project management skills.Finally,based on the current situation of project management in F company,this paper analyzes the reasons for the company’s low project management ability,and proposes a targeted project management improvement strategy.The practical case not only verifies the scientific nature and operability of the evaluation model,but also provides reference for the improvement of the follow-up model and the improvement of enterprise project management level.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in two aspects: First,the research topic is of practical significance,and the project management ability model of construction enterprises is constructed.Second,it provides a useful reference for enterprises to carry out project management ability evaluation.The project management ability of F company is evaluated by the expert scoring method,which is easy to operate,easy to understand and practical.
