Research On The Protection And Utilization Of Underground Space In Historical Blocks Of Japan

At present,China’s historical and cultural protection has achieved initial results with years of development,and ushered in new opportunities with the revival of traditional culture.However,the contradiction between the intensive construction and the protection of historical environment still exists,especially the bearing capacity of land in historical cities cannot meet the needs of protection and development.The development and construction of underground space brings possibility to solve the contradiction between the problem of big cities and the protection of historical environment.At the same time,with the progress of technology,the development of underground space is gradually towards the direction of composite integration and deep underground.Japan is our neighbor country,it’s similar with our country in natural conditions,historical environment,urban development process and other aspects.In addition,the development of historical protection and underground space utilization is relatively early,both in the historical protection theory,underground space utilization methods and technologies and underground space construction practice are more detailed and perfect.Therefore,it is necessary to deeply understand and study the utilization of underground space which is related to historical protection and located in Japanese historical cities,blocks and buildings.So as to provide reference and inspiration for the underground space of historical blocks in China.This study is a basic research of the National Natural Science Foundation of China project "Study on the Technical Support System of Implementable Inventory Evaluation and Planning for Underground Space in Urban Historic and Cultural Area".In this paper,the cities with economic value and historical value are screened in the prefectural cities in Japan,and the main research scope of this paper is determined to focus on the historical cities with more advanced underground space construction.In Japan’s history and heritage protection and use of underground space and the law of the development process of the planning system research foundation,through the problem oriented method to explore the Japanese historical heritage protection in the developing and the contradiction between the urban construction,in view of the contradictions in macro,meso and micro level,the characteristics of the proposed targeted strategy to relieve the contradiction of using underground space construction,and will focus on the three levels of specific strategy as the main research content to respectively in this paper.On the macro level,from the perspective of the protection of the overall features of the city:the protection of the overlooking landscape,this paper expounds that the location of the historical landscape and the sight corridor should be taken into consideration in the overall underground planning of the buildings and roads,so as to protect the landscape space of the city.On the middle level,this paper discusses the protection effect of the systematic layout of underground space in the historical center.This paper analyzes the systematic layout of underground space from the aspects of transportation and public facilities,and studies the protection effect of underground space construction on Japanese traditional sacrificial activities as a special focus.On the micro level,the paper discusses the integrated construction of historical buildings or underground space of streets.Mainly summarizes the formation of the integration of underground space laws and characteristics,as well as in the plane and vertical plane of the integration of the functional organization,and analysis of the historical building of concrete street underground space use finally,combines the actual conditions of our country,summarizes the historical development of urban underground space needs in basic research on perfecting the historical block of underground space laws related to planning,admiral macro historical preservation and underground space in urban planning as a whole to consider,medium on the layout of the systematic network,multiple integration of historical central area underground space,the microscopic structure of open historical block of the underground space of enlightenment.This paper is a basic research on the protection and utilization of underground space in Japanese historical blocks.This paper tries to find effective measures to alleviate the contradiction between historical protection and urban development through the relationship between Japanese historical heritage protection and underground space construction.The paper hopes to expand the scope of research in the future and further study the important role of underground space in solving the contradiction between historical protection and urban development,for providing some theoretical reference for the common progress of China’s historical heritage protection and urban development.
