| In recent years,due to the popularity of smart devices such as mobile phones,the number of "Phubbing group" is increasing.The long-term low head behavior of the phubbing group makes the neck in a large forward bending angle and is subject to huge and stable compression,which easily leads to cervical spondylosis.However,due to the weak perceptibility and long formation time of the disease,the existing cervical treatment techniques and methods can not achieve the short-term effective cure effect.To change the habitual behavior of phubbing group and reduce the incidence of cervical spondylosis,"disease prevention and control" has become a research idea and direction worthy of attention.In this paper,the long-term low headed behavior of "Phubbing group" is the problem-oriented,and the purpose is disease prevention.The methods and conclusions of behavior transformation theory and its related theories are analyzed,and the defects of existing theories and the necessity of integration are determined.By comparing with the product discipline,this paper finds out the connecting point of the discipline-consumer behavior,and then combines the theory of health behavior with consumer behavior,and puts forward the behavioral progressive product development strategy for disease prevention.The strategy system mainly includes three elements: the user’s main body state,the user’s behavior transformation stage,the design principle of disease prevention and control products.The subsets of the three elements set correspond to each other and advance step by step.The user experiences the micro progressive process of "state stage principle state" from the initial state to the final state,showing a spiral trend as a whole.Then we study the users of the Phubbing,determine the characteristics of the Phubbing,and make clear its applicability in the behavioral progressive product development strategy.Finally,we use the product development strategy to guide the design and make practical results: for the product design and service design of the neck health management of the Phubbing,we prove the effectiveness of the strategy.In this paper,behavioral change theory is introduced into the development of disease prevention and control products.Aiming at behavioral change and disease prevention,theoretical research innovation and practice have been completed.The proposed behavioral progressive product development strategy improves and complements the product development mode based on user behavior.It can also be used as the preliminary research materials for other behavioral change related product design Universality. |
