| Under the background of the vigorous development of China’s civil aviation industry,this paper compares income status of domestic airports like Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,Shenzhen and other international airports such as Chinese Hong Kong,South Korea,Singapore.It is found that there is a big gap of non-aviation income between the domestic large airports and international advanced airports,especially the per capita non-aviation income.Sichuan Airport Group Co.,Ltd.also faces such problems in non-aviation business operation.The profit level of Shuangliu Airport is not only lower than that of domestic airports such as Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou and Shenzhen,but also has a huge gap with international advanced airports.The cost of management is high,and the efficiency of operation needs to be improved.The paper deeply analyzes the types of domestic and foreign airport’s non-aviation business,compares the financial index including income composition,cost structure,profitability and so on.Through further investigation of the problems about low per capita non-aviation income,high cost proportion and poor consumption feeling of passengers.The article found that there are many problems such as various kinds of business,long industrial chain,unevenness of business income,higher labor cost and simplex business model in the non-aviation business operation of large airports in China.Against those existed problems,the paper explores to develop a systematic approach to verify the rationality of the scale and types of non-aviation business.Due to the lack of research on relevant quantitative method to evaluate the current domestic non-aviation business.The article tries to use the diversified business analysis model to establish the non-aviation business evaluation system,which is based on the enterprise competitiveness,key success factors,business development prospects,business effect and other indicators.The article sets up the business category evaluation indicators and business model evaluation indicators to analyze the non-aviation business types and business models.At the same time,the paper uses the non-aviation business evaluation system to analyze the related non-aviation business of Sichuan Airport Group,including terminal business,duty-free business,VIP service,hotel,airport advertising,cleaning business,garden business,as well as the undeveloped business,such as education and training,property management and so on.After evaluation,it is concluded that 12 types of businesses are suitable for Sichuan Airport Group,and3 types of businesses are need to be paid attention.Through the evaluation,it can be seen that Sichuan Airport Group’s non-aviation business is mainly self operated,the franchising is not widely adopted.In view of the existing problems,the article puts forward optimization measures from three aspects of business scale,business type and business model.Also the article proposed relevant safeguard measures,so as to realize the goal of optimizing the business of Sichuan Airport Group,and improving the management ability and profitability.Through the research,the paper considers that in the development of non-aviation business,the airport should not only increase the proportion of non-aviation revenue,but also enhance the profitability,constantly optimize the business scale and operation mode.The airport operation should be gradually promoted from extensive to fine management.The article also hopes to provide theoretical support and practical experience for the airport’s collectivization development,and contribute to the high-quality development of Sichuan Airport Group. |
