Research On Evaluation Of Independent Innovation Capability Of Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises

The equipment manufacturing industry is the foundation of industry and the backbone of revitalization.It plays an important supporting role in the development of the country and society.The level of industry development is an important criterion for measuring national and regional competitiveness.Liaoning is a large province of Chinese industry and equipment manufacturing industry.The prosperity and development of equipment manufacturing enterprises is of great significance to Liaoning and the country,and independent innovation capability effectively guarantees the core competitiveness of enterprises.The equipment manufacturing industry is a technology-intensive industry.Based on independent innovation,mastering the core technology means mastering the lifeblood of enterprise development.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve the independent innovation capability of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning Province.The paper expounds these contents including domestic and foreign research on independent innovation and its capability,the definition and characteristics of equipment manufacturing enterprises and enterprise independent innovation capability,the status quo of Liaoning equipment manufacturing enterprises and independent innovation capabilities of Liaoning equipment manufacturing enterprises and the advantages and disadvantages of enterprise independent innovation.Based on above research,the paper establishes a system model of the independent innovation capability of the equipment manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning Province,analyzes these contents including the constituent elements and supporting factors of the model,the correlations between the factors and the model,establishes the index system to evaluate the independent innovation capability of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning Province and analyzes all indicators.Then the paper uses analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of each index in the evaluation system,selects enterprises and uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to do empirical analysis to evaluate the independent innovation capability of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning Province.The evaluation results show that the capability is at the average level,but still very close to the poor level.Based on the evaluation results and previous analysis of the status quo,suggestions are made to improve the capabilities.In particular,enterprises should focus on improving their organizational innovation capabilities,strengthening the support of the government and other relevant institutions,and improving policies and regulations.The research of this paper needs to be more perfect,but it has certain reference value for improving the independent innovation capability of equipment manufacturing enterprises in Liaoning Province.
