| As a Fortune 500 company in the world,Midea Group attaches great importance to the introduction and training of talents,and provides a large number of internship opportunities for college graduates who have established cooperative relations.At the same time,it also creates conditions for the introduction and job skills training of enterprise professionals.At present,the traditional internship management model adopted by the company has various shortcomings.There are many forms to fill in,many approval procedures,and slow processing progress.It is difficult to grasp the internship needs of the company’s position,the recruitment plan and job arrangement are not perfect,the internship evaluation method is not standardized,the data is scattered and it is difficult for leaders to grasp the operation of interns in the entire company,and they cannot effectively control the cost of intern training.This thesis puts forward the construction of Midea’s student metalworking practice management system according to these problems.This thesis launches research based on the construction process of student metalworking practice management system.First of all,it pointed out the problems of Midea Group’s many interns,heavy business management workload,and low management efficiency,and pointed out that it is necessary to build a digital management system to improve the efficiency of interns management;then analyzed the development of the internship management system and related scholars’ literature.The research situation is reviewed.Secondly,it expounded the characteristics of ASP.NET,C#,bootstrap,SQL server2017 and other technologies,frameworks and tools,and analyzed their working mechanism.Thirdly,it analyzed the existing conditions of system construction and user composition,described the project implementation objects through UML modeling languages such as use case diagrams,flowcharts,etc.,introduced the functions and business processing procedures that users can operate,and affects performance and security.Analyzed indicators of system operation effect.Then built a multi-level system application and technical architecture,and introduced the software and hardware environment required for system application deployment.Pointed out that system function module composition,designed the sequence diagrams and program flowcharts of different function modules such as recruitment,salary,training,attendance,etc.,and established the database concept and physical model.Finally,developed the C# program development source code,configured the development environment,realized the system functions,and displayed the web pages of the main functional modules.Tests verified that the system functions are normal and complete,the data is correct and consistent,and the performance is stable and reliable.This thesis builds an internship management system with important application value,realizes the whole process management of the internship business,covered all business activities such as internship planning,salary management,task assignment,process review,etc.,and can store all data safely and efficiently search,provided early warning of the unqualified situation of attendance assessment and work task completion,and provided statistical data in reports to help leaders make scientific decisions,improved the efficiency of the company’s internship training management,thereby improving the digital construction level and comprehensive strength of Midea,and Provided information support for the company’s sustainable development. |
