| With the development of BIM,5G,GIS and other technologies,China’s construction industry is ushering in a wave of informatization.As an IT service provider focusing on the informationization of the construction industry,LZ has also ushered in rapid development.However,with the expansion of the company’s business area and the increase in the total business volume,the demand for marketing activities is also increasing and the requirements are getting higher and higher.The management of marketing activities has become a difficult problem in the management of LZ’s marketing scope.Although there are many factors that affect LZ company’s marketing scope management,because the author is based on the current work field,only LZ company’s marketing activity management is selected for research.LZ company is a relatively traditional and immature enterprise with a relatively traditional overall management model,facing the contradiction between the lean marketing project management needs and the backward management model.How to effectively manage an annual average of 60+ market activities under limited resources and environmental conditions? Based on this background,the thesis designs a set of marketing activities management methods suitable for LZ company by studying the project management knowledge system,and applies it to the actual management process of the company to improve the management level of LZ company.The thesis first analyzes the operating status and marketing activities of LZ company,and analyzes the problems of unclear strategy,outdated organizational structure,lack of evaluation standards,etc.in the marketing activity management model.Secondly,through the flexible use of project management theoretical knowledge,it is proposed Multi-activity management solution based on PMO.On the one hand,the plan is based on PMO to optimize the company’s organizational structure,clarifying the PMO’s objectives,responsibilities and authorities,and the division of roles;on the other hand,it is based on PMO to improve all aspects of the activity management process such as organization,planning,execution,and closing.And use the Delphi method to design in line with the LZ company’s activity evaluation standards;finally,in a large-scale activity,from project planning to project execution to project closing and evaluation,the complete trial operation of the set of management plans,and the trial operation The results are summarized.The research and results of this paper can not only be directly applied to the marketing activities management of LZ company,help LZ company optimize the management system and strengthen its own management level,but also bring some management inspiration to other enterprises like LZ company,which have many regions,activities and branches. |
