| In the 1980s,China began to introduce the mode of EPC.Over the past 30 years,EPC project general contracting mode has made great progress and development.At present,it has become the construction mode recommended by national ministries and commissions in large-scale projects.Although EPC project general contracting mode has developed rapidly in the field of construction engineering practice in China,it has not been studied for a long time in domestic academic circles.At present,there are still a few scholars’ researches on EPC management system,such as procurement management and construction management mode.This leads to the problem of adaptability in the actual operation of localization after the introduction of EPC mode from the west to China.As an important part of project management,performance evaluation and performance management are indispensable in the operation of EPC project,so it is necessary to build a complete evaluation system and evaluation process.This paper studies the performance evaluation of construction projects under EPC mode,focusing on the construction of standardized and scientific performance evaluation system and complete and smooth performance evaluation process.The evaluation system and evaluation process should be consistent with the whole process of EPC project design,procurement and construction,and can clearly and completely evaluate the performance of EPC project.First of all,starting from the concept of EPC general contracting mode and project performance management,combined with literature,this paper discusses the compatibility and feasibility of the combination of the two.Secondly,through investigation and investigation,the paper analyzes the development status of GuangXi A construction engineering general contracting company,and finds that it misuses the evaluation system of traditional construction mode to evaluate EPC project performance,while neglecting the performance evaluation of design and procurement.Thirdly,starting from the industry standard of project management performance evaluation,this paper establishes the preliminary selection index system of EPC Construction Project Performance Evaluation of company A through literature research method and previous research.Then through expert investigation and AHP,the primary index system is screened,and the key performance index system of EPC Construction Project Performance Evaluation of company A is constructed.After that,different evaluation dimensions and evaluation indicators are weighted to get the total hierarchical ranking,and the performance of the project as a whole and each dimension is evaluated by the combination of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and radar chart.Finally,combined with the case analysis and verification,the evaluation conclusion is drawn.The research conclusion shows that the performance evaluation system of EPC Construction Project of company A constructed in this paper can be consistent with the whole process of EPC project design,procurement and construction,and can effectively evaluate the performance of each stage and the overall. |
