| As my country’s urbanization process continues to accelerate in recent years,construction companies have few development opportunities.New entrants continue to join the ranks of the competition,the industry competition intensifies,and construction companies are facing unprecedented difficulties.If construction companies want to remain competitive in a complex market,they must adopt advanced business models and management concepts,and continue to develop and innovate.The current management efficiency of domestic enterprises is not ideal,resulting in inadequate quality control,cost management and safety awareness.How to establish an effective management system has become a key issue for domestic construction enterprises.Company X is a construction engineering enterprise,mainly engaged in the construction business of residential housing construction,construction engineering,municipal public works,Water Resources and Hydropower,Road Engineering,Road Asphalt Engineering,highway traffic engineering construction and other projects.Company X is a small-scale construction enterprise with neat personnel and machinery and many projects under construction.Since its establishment in 2019,X Company has undertaken nearly 30 construction projects in Luojiang City,Guanghan City and Zhongjiang County under the jurisdiction of Deyang City.First,the discussion of research basis of problem in this paper,significance and theoretical basis related to the problem;based on the current situation of organizational analysis,through the methods of literature and questionnaires,the performance evaluation of X Company’s engineering project department,reliability Analysis,determine the weight of performance evaluation indicators,as well as AHP and comprehensive evaluation.Organizational work on the construction of X company.project department is analyzed by a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.Finally,implementation suggestions are put forward from the perspectives of training and process control,performance optimization process optimization,performance evaluation objectives,communication and feedback,and award management.This document strives to establish a systematic and complete performance appraisal system for X’s engineering project department improve the X company’s strength. |
