| With our economy and society developing to a new stage,the issue of ecological environment and resources is so severe that the energy-saving and environmental.Implementing new building industrialization and the prefabricated construction is an important way to transform the mode of production building and to achieve industrial upgrading and sustainable development.However,since the development of prefabricated construction is still in its early stages in China,the prevalence of risk factors hindered its development,such as the incomplete of relevant policies and regulations,immature industry chain and the difficulty in construction.So,it is necessary to take a depth study on the risk of prefabricated construction.Therefore,from the perspective of risk management,taking a study on the risk of prefabricated construction and proposing the measures.Firstly,introduced the theories and practices of the risk of prefabricated construction project at home and abroad.Combed the development course of the prefabricated construction.Analyzed the connotation of industrial buildings,housing industry and other related concepts.And described the Risk Management theory,Prefabricated Building-related concepts,Fuzzy Matter-element method and AHP which is related to research.Secondly,combed the development course of the prefabricated construction with WBS and identified the risk factors that may exist in at all stages based on the analysis of the environment of prefabricated building.And then formed the risk list of prefabricated construction and the risk index system.Thirdly,built fuzzy matter-element evaluation model.Obtained the risk index value through questionnaires,determined the risk weights in AHP and got comprehensive weight of each index.Determine the risk level of the prefabricated building with fuzzy matter-element evaluation model and got the key risk factors on the basis of the evaluation results.Finally,built the system of risk control.According to the risk management theory,analyzed the prefabricated construction project risk assessment,proposed adapted risk responses for key factors,provided reference and guidance for the risk management of prefabricated construction project. |
