At present,the low-voltage problem in China distribution network is still serious,especially in rural areas during summer peak hours.This problem greatly affects the reliability and economic operation of power grid.In serious cases,it will lead to the start failure of electrical equipment and even disturb the normal life and work.Therefore,the governance of low-voltage problem in distribution network has important practical significance and economic value.For now,State Grid Cooperation of China is undergoing digitization transformation and upgrading.Continuous improvement of data management ability is premise for enterprises to manage and make good use of their own data resources,give full play to the value of data,and also the key means to improve quality and efficiency.Based on the operation data and historical data of existing mature professional systems such as intelligent power supply service command system,pms2.0 system,SG186 system and so on,it is imperative to build multi-dimensional information covering transportation inspection,marketing and so on by collecting and sorting the data information of each major system.Taking the distribution as main line,it is necessary to build intelligent portrait of distribution transformer and realize multi-dimensional low voltage monitoring platform.This paper proposes to integrate multi-dimensional information,establish distribution transformer low-voltage monitoring management system,break professional barriers,use the collected multi professional perception layer information data for deep data mining and comprehensive analysis,carrying out business quickly and effectively,and promote the development of Chengdu distribution network to improve both quality and efficiency.This paper designs two core applications: device portrait and intelligent report.Multi dimensional intelligent visualization analysis,including equipment status evaluation,distribution network outage heat map,customer demand cloud map,through multi-dimensional data of artificial intelligence analysis and visualization display.It is of great practical significance to further optimize the business environment,enhance customer experience,promote Chengdu to build a world-class distribution network,and make Chengdu distribution network adapt to the status of Chengdu City.
