| The current electric power marketing business of Sichuan Electric Power Company is managed by the SG186 marketing platform,and the terminal meter reading is realized by remote meter reading software.In order to realize the automatic settlement of electricity bills on the meter readings and publish them to the SG186 marketing platform,this paper designs and implements a set of charging management system for the power supply section.The system includes three functions: audit rule management for electricity bill settlement,settlement issuance management,and electricity meter reading management.In the research,firstly,the informatization development of the marketing business of power enterprises at home and abroad is sorted out and introduced.On this basis,the survey of Sichuan Electric Power Company’s fee-quantity business,as well as management status and existing problems are analyzed,and the system’s research and development goals are proposed.At the same time,the functional requirements and performance requirements of the system were studied in detail,and the technology of the system was selected,and the technology system based on Java Web was determined.According to the demand analysis of the charging management system,the functions of the system are designed in detail,including the overall design of the system,module design and database design.The overall design includes network structure and function models,which are designed using B/S mode and SSM mode respectively.In the functional module design,the main research is the functional component structure of the three modules of the system and the Java functional class structure.In the database design,the data logical structure of the system is mainly introduced,and it is displayed and explained in the form of E-R diagram.At the same time,the partial table structure of the system’s database is defined and explained.On the basis of the system function design work,the function modules of the system are developed and realized,the function realization process and key codes of the system are studied in detail,and part of the function interface of the system is displayed.Finally,the black box test method was used to test the system’s function and performance,and the Load Runner tool was used to simulate the concurrent environment of the system,and the function and performance test of the system was passed.Through the application of the charging management system of the power supply section,it is possible to connect the remote meter reading software and the functional interface of the SG186 marketing platform to realize the automatic processing of the electricity bill settlement of the electricity customer.The system can provide convenient management tool support for the management personnel of the metering and charge center,and improve the efficiency of business management. |
