Study On Government Supervision Mechanism In The Bidding Of Construction Project In B District

As a mature transaction method under the condition of the development of socialist market economy,tendering and bidding activities have covered every aspect of the national economic construction and greatly promoted the development of China’s socialist market economic system reform in recent years.In the construction engineering market,the vast majority of construction projects are contracted through the tendering mechanism,and the current construction engineering market is mixed,in order to build a good market order,the significance of government departments to supervise the tendering and bidding activities is particularly important.Tendering and bidding supervision involves many factors such as system,system,management and talent.Under the background of current institutional reform,government departments are constantly improving the rationality of institutions,streamlining personnel and improving work efficiency.The current bidding and bidding supervision work should also be continuously optimized and adjusted.As one of the metropolitan areas of Chongqing,Area B is located in the northwest of Chongqing.It is a garden city with rich cultural atmosphere and beautiful scenery.After 2018,the annual investment of the government in the construction of public projects in B District has been maintained at more than 6 billion yuan,which has always played a dominant role in the annual financial expenditure.The construction funds invested by the government every year have attracted extensive attention from all walks of life.In order to better perform the public functions of the government,the government departments in B District need to explore a more effective government supervision mechanism for the bidding of construction projects,so as to improve their supervision level and maintain a good atmosphere and market environment for the construction industry.In this article,therefore,push forward under the background of marketization process,focusing on the Chongqing area B construction project bidding regulatory policy,through questionnaire and interview to the regulatory status quo and investigate the effect of policy implementation,surrounding the status quo,explore the problems existing in the current bidding supervision work in the area,and detailed analysis of the reason,from perfecting government bidding supervision system structure,deepening of the regulatory body internal institutions,to establish and perfect the system of legal system,strengthening the construction of supervisory personnel,and strengthen government regulation system construction and so on to promote B zone method of bidding supervision level.In order to improve the level of supervision and maintain a good construction market environment.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide some reference for the bidding supervision work of the project in area B,and also hope to provide reference for the bidding supervision work of the government in other regions,so as to create a healthy and good bidding environment,promote the stable development of construction projects,and give full play to the regulatory role of the government.
