| With the rapid development of economy,the working style and emotional life of the people in China have become colorful.People have a new understanding and understanding of the motivation and pressure of work.Some people work actively and rationally control their spare time,others work hard to alleviate the pressure of life and earn money for their negative work,not enterprising and neglecting their duties.Different working conditions will produce different levels of job burnout.The expression of job burnout is not limited to single factors such as time and place,and it is often a dangerous occupational state formed slowly and comprehensively long term.Serious burnout will affect enterprises and state institutions to operate abnormally.The job burnout researchment has made it a hot topic by all domestic and foreign scholars.Experts and scholars in China have carried out the research on job burnout from the basic service institutions and enterprises.However,there is no relevant research on the job burnout of the special group of local and municipal highway administration.Guizhou provincial municipal highway administration is a public institution,which has the post of political workers,who are specialized in the party’s ideological and organizational work.The government workers of the municipal highway administration have begun to appear some external appearance of job burnout,for example the high work pressure,the decrease of enthusiasm and the lack of sense of existence.Although not serious,but if we do not carry out scientific analysis and put forward reasonable countermeasures,the job burnout will become more and more serious.Therefore,concerned the theory on job burnout,my academic paper studies the job burnout of municipal and municipal government workers in Guizhou Province.For now situation of the government workers in the local and Municipal Highway Administration Bureau.Firstly,the concept of the municipal highway administration,the government workers and the job burnout is described to determine the research object and the scope of the study;the relevant theories of occupational burnout are reviewed,and the three-dimensional theory,ecological model theory and resource conservation theory are introduced in detail,which is the theoretical basis of this paper.Secondly,the paper describes the status quo and professional characteristics of the government workers of Guizhou Municipal Highway Administration Bureau,and summarizes the external performance of the burnout of the staff of the Municipal Highway Administration Bureau,and prepares for the design and research plan of the survey scale of the burnout.Then,the paper designs the investigation plan of the job burnout of the government workers of the local and Municipal Highway Administration Bureau,obtains the relevant data and arranges the data,and analyzes the difference of the single factor in demography to confirm the reliability of the investigation.Then,through the data management,the paper has analyzed the causes of job burnout about political workers,mainly from the personal,organizational and social levels,and finds out the main factors that affect the job burnout of municipal and municipal government workers.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures to improve the job burnout of the government workers of the local and Municipal Highway Administration Bureau,and puts forward the countermeasures from the personal level,the organizational level and the social level.To improve the severity of job burnout and to restrain the occurrence of burnout can not be carried out from a single measure.It is a comprehensive function,step by step,scientifical and reasonable continuous implementation of improvement measures,so as to achieve good results. |
