In recent years,with the continuous development of productivity and fierce social competition,the physical and psychological fatigue of employees gradually increases,which leads to the phenomenon of burnout.The research on the job burnout of highway employees in the transportation industry is not uncommon.Improving the problem of job burnout is of great significance to the improvement of the overall management level and work efficiency of enterprises.The object of this paper is Nanjing GL group,which is mainly responsible for the investment and financing,construction,operation and management of infrastructure such as expressway and river crossing channel.This paper mainly uses MBI GS job burnout scale to investigate the job burnout status of 150 employees with different factors.Interview method is used to communicate with 10 typical employees face-to-face.The comprehensive quantitative scores of data are analyzed by independent sample t test.The following problems are found: first,the overall score of occupational burnout of Nanjing GL Group employees is 3.686,There are serious problems of burnout,especially in the aspects of de personalization and emotional exhaustion.The second is the reasons for the employees' Burnout of Nanjing GL group company,including: workload and work pressure,such as excessive work;Social: not in line with colleagues,lack of social contact with external personnel;Fairness: the unfair and opaque emotional exhaustion caused by workload,salary,transfer and promotion;Conflict of outlook on life and values: the outlook and values of employees and colleagues or companies are inconsistent.Based on the MBI GS data analysis of the burnout scale and the interview minutes,the paper puts forward the following management countermeasures: first,at the individual level,the employees themselves should develop their hobbies and hobbies,do a good job planning,and improve themselves by internal skill training.Second,at the organizational level,enterprises should formulate the system of rotation and improve the training;Strengthen the assessment and inject management power;Adopt diversified incentive methods to optimize the salary system;Establish standardized and diversified channels for promotion of talents;Implement the employee assistance plan;Using "Internet plus" thinking to smooth the exchange platform for employees;Promote the corporate culture and enhance the sense of identity of employees;Third,at the social level,enrich publicity and increase social identity,strengthen communication with the family of employees,and solve the worries of employees after care.The problem of burnout described in this paper is universal in the whole highway operation and management enterprises.This paper analyzes the problems,the solutions,the methods and the optimization measures proposed,which have positive reference significance and reference value for strengthening the improvement of the occupational burnout of the whole highway industry and other industries with similar nature.
