Study On The Development Strategy Of Aviation Logistics In Jiangbei Airport

With the progress of science and technology,the global economic development is moving towards integration.The whole world has put forward higher requirements for logistics.The rapid response and wide range of services of aviation logistics have brought great opportunities for development.In China,the development of air logistics has become a national development strategy.Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport is located in Chongqing,one of the central cities in the western inland of China,and is an important window for Chongqing to open to the outside world.Driven by the dual development of local and industry,the aviation logistics business of Jiangbei Airport has steadily increased,thus playing an important role in promoting local economic development and optimizing industrial structure.In order to strengthen the sustainable role of air logistics,promote the economic development of Chongqing,and build a modern integrated logistics system in Chongqing,it is of great significance to study the development of air logistics business in Jiangbei Airport.Through the air logistics and air logistics development strategy related literature access,the internal composition of the air logistics and the development of macro laws have a preliminary grasp,get air logistics research inspiration.Secondly,using PEST and Porter’s Five Forces Model to analyze the external environment and industry environment of Chongqing Jiangbei Airport,and find out the external opportunities and threats of the development of Jiangbei Airport’s air logistics.Then through research and data collection,sorting out Chongqing Jiangbei Airport air logistics development status,and then sort out the internal factors of Jiangbei Airport air logistics development through the status quo,get the advantages and disadvantages of Jiangbei Airport development air logistics.Then use the SWOT analysis tool to analyze the external environment factors and internal resources factors comprehensively,and obtain four types of development strategies of Jiangbei Airport air logistics development.Based on the SWOT quantitative analysis,select the type of development strategies of Jiangbei Airport air logistics.Finally,the paper puts forward seven strategic implementation strategies,such as establishing the main body of logistics operation in the airport,enhancing the concentration of airport aviation logistics,continuously optimizing aviation resources,and improving the infrastructure of aviation logistics.This paper has a certain reference significance for Jiangbei Airport to vigorously develop aviation logistics,build an important node of modern integrated logistics system,and build a western aviation logistics hub.
