| Preventive maintenance is a very effective highway maintenance program,which is of great significance to shorten the maintenance cycle,save maintenance funds and improve the service life of the road.Pavement maintenance quality index(PQI)reflects the pavement condition and performance.Actively carrying out PQI evaluation is conducive to mastering the technical condition of highway pavement and guiding maintenance construction.In order to do a good job in the preventive maintenance of high-grade asphalt pavement in Xuzhou urban section of national highway,through the construction of pavement preventive maintenance prediction model,the investigation of pavement diseases and the determination of key indicators,the maintenance opportunity and decision-making are explored,and the preventive maintenance decision-making evaluation system is improved(1)According to the actual situation of preventive maintenance of high-grade asphalt pavement in Xuzhou City of national and provincial highway,fine-tuning the weight value of each index,through the investigation and detection of 117.944 km national and provincial highway asphalt sample section in Xuzhou City,the pavement indexes required by the prediction model are obtained.Combined with the characteristics of preventive maintenance,the importance of crack and rutting diseases is proved,The GM(1,1)grey prediction model based on PQI is established.The accuracy of the prediction model is verified by comparing the measured and predicted values of the adjusted model data samples.(2)Combined with the common preventive maintenance technology of asphalt pavement and the numerical simulation of ANSYS finite element software,the mechanism of three preventive maintenance technologies of asphalt pavement,such as joint pouring,reducing agent fog seal and fine milling,is explored.Based on the measured indexes of pavement condition(PSSI,MQI and PQI),"excellent and good",the preventive maintenance strategy of asphalt pavement in Xuzhou area is established,It provides theoretical and technical support for the establishment of preventive maintenance decision evaluation system.(3)Based on the analysis of 396 sample road sections of 104 National Highway,206 National Highway and 310 National Highway in the fourth quarter of 2019,the first quarter of 2020,the second quarter of 2020 and the third quarter of 2020,the best maintenance time is obtained:(1)when calculated according to the crack type weight,the index is between 94.0 and 96.5,which is the ideal preventive maintenance implementation interval.(2)According to the weight of rutting type,the ideal interval of preventive maintenance is 94.5 to 96.5.(4)According to the established prediction model and maintenance strategy,the crack type PQI and rutting type PQI of 54 sample road sections are predicted to determine the maintenance measures of sample road sections.According to the decision results,preventive maintenance is implemented in the test sample road section,and the application effect of maintenance technology is tracked.According to the feedback,the reliability of the prediction model and maintenance decision system is further verified. |
